A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He also graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing and MBA studies at the Kozminski University. He specializes in company management and ownership supervision, in particular in building and managing capital groups. He has many years of experience as CEO. He managed and successfully restructured several public companies, and chaired in several supervisory boards. President of Mennica Skarbowa since 2016.

A graduate of Management and Marketing, specializing in Human Resource Management at the Kozminski University. Previously associated with such companies as VPO PROTIVANOV a.s., ARGONA a.s. or NAFTOR Sp. z o.o. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mennica Skarbowa since 2016.
Anna Żołędowska
Vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of BA studies in Management at the University of Warsaw, worked for Idea Bank SA and Millward Brown. Member of the Supervisory Board of Mennica Skarbowa since 2016.
Bartosz Wsół
Member of the Supervisory Board
Legal advisor, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He worked for IDMSA.PL and, as a proxy, Copernicus Securities SA and Copernicus Capital TFI, where he was the deputy Director of the Corporate Finance Department. He also runs his own law firm. Member of the Supervisory Board of Mennica Skarbowa since 2018.
Maciej Andrzej Krasiński
Member of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of MA at the Faculty of Law of the University of Commerce and Law in Warsaw and postgraduate studies in Company Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw. He has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services for specialized business entities, including public companies. Member of the Supervisory Board of Mennica Skarbowa since 2018.
Mirosław Gilarski
Member of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of the Faculties of Law and Administration as well as History and Philosophy of the Jagiellonian University. He completed the Executive MBA program at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He has worked in both private business and state-owned companies, as well as in public administration. He held managerial positions in PKP SA, PONAR WADOWICE, ZSSMS in Kraków, PKP U Maintanie / Budownictwo / Telkol.
