(entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000466018), constituting 50% of the share capital of Bafago Sp. z o.o. and 50% of the total number of votes at the shareholders’ meeting of Bafago Sp. z o.o. are held by Jarosław Żołędowski, who serves as the President of the Management Board of the Company. In addition, the second 500 shares in Bafago Sp. z o.o., constituting 50% of the share capital of Bafago Sp. z o.o. and 50% of the total number of votes at the shareholders’ meeting of Bafago Sp. z o.o. are held by AMO Fundacja Rodzinna (the founder of this foundation is Agnieszka Olewska).
