Shareholders of Mennica Skarbowa S.A. (the “Company”)

(*) Jarosław Żołędowski (acting as President of the Management Board of the Company) holds indirectly (through its subsidiaries, i.e. MS Fundacja Rodzinna with its registered office in Warsaw, Bafago Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw and the Company) 703,581 (in words: seven hundred three thousand five hundred eighty-one) ordinary bearer shares of the Company, constituting approximately 67.65% of the share capital of the Company and entitling to 703,581 (in words: seven hundred three thousand five hundred eighty-one) votes at the general meeting of the Company, which constitutes 67.65% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company.

(**) Bafago Sp. z o.o. (entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000466018) is a subsidiary of Jarosław Żołędowski, who serves as President of the Company’s Management Board. 500 shares in Bafago Sp. z o.o., representing 50% of the share capital of Bafago Sp. z o.o. and 50% of the total number of votes at the shareholders’ meeting of Bafago Sp. z o.o., are held by Jarosław Żołędowski, who serves as President of the Company’s Management Board. In addition, the other 500 shares in Bafago Sp. z o.o., representing 50% of the share capital of Bafago Sp. z o.o. and 50% of the total number of votes at the shareholders’ meeting of Bafago Sp. is owned by MS Fundacja Rodzinna (a subsidiary of Jarosław Żołędowski, who serves as the President of the Management Board of the Company).

(***) MS Fundacja Rodzinna with its registered office in Warsaw is a subsidiary of Jarosław Żołędowski, who serves as the President of the Management Board of the Company.

(****) Own shares held by the Company. Pursuant to Article 364 § 2 of the Commercial Companies Code, the Company does not exercise participation rights in its own shares, including voting rights at general meetings of shareholders of the Company. The Company is an indirect subsidiary of Jarosław Żołędowski (i.e. Jarosław Żołędowski and his direct subsidiary MS Fundacja Rodzinna hold 100% of shares in Bafago Sp. z o.o., and Bafago Sp. z o.o. holds 522,400 ordinary bearer shares of the Company, constituting 50.23% of the share capital of the Company, entitling to 522,400 votes at the general meeting of the Company, which constitutes 50.23% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company).
